Riccota Pie

Blend by hand

2 lbs Ricotta Cheese
2 tbs Flour
1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
1 Cup Sugar
4 Beaten Egg Yolks
1 tsp vanilla

Beat 4 Egg Whits and fold in

Pour into graham cracker crust (2)

Bake 1 hr at 350
Turn off oven and let set for one hour
