Lentils and Turnip Side Dish

Ingredients

1lb Lentils Washed
I Med Turnip Diced Small
1 Vidalia Onion Chopped Fine
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped Fine
Basil, Organo
1 tsp cumin
I box chix stock
1 cup white wine


Blanche Turnips and Set Aside
Simmer Lentils for 20 minutes
Saute Garlic in Olive Oil
Add Onions and Cook till Clear
Add rest of ingresidnets and simmer on low until liquid evaporates.
